Staff Shoutout – Meet Cierra
Meet Cierra – The Newest Member of the Valley Energy Family
Valley Energy is proud to welcome Cierra as the newest addition to the team. With a background spanning various roles, Cierra brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping others.
She believes in the power of connection, approaches challenges with a positive attitude, and takes pride in being a dependable teammate.
Outside of work, Cierra enjoys spending time in nature – whether it’s gardening, kayaking, or hiking.
Cierra loves cooking, grilling, and baking for others. Banana bread is her speciality and it’s always a good day at the office when she brings some in and shares with the team.
Cierra has special place in her heart for animals, especially when it comes to her family’s dog, Blue.
Cierra enjoys collecting flamingoes with her daughter and Pokémon with her son, and is happiest with her toes in the sand and a tropical drink in hand.
She’s guided by the belief that everything happens for a reason- a mindset that shapes her approach to both life and work.
Cierra is deeply committed to her community, often volunteering at her children’s school and supporting their sports teams.
She prioritizes mindfulness, healthy living, and making time for the things that truly matter —lessons she has learned while raising teenagers and navigating life’s fast pace.
Valley Energy is excited to have Cierra on board and looks forward to the energy, heart, and maybe even a few flamingo-themed touches she’ll bring to the team.
