Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions:

– The Refer A Friend program is only available to those who are current Valley Energy account holders who have an active and have received a delivery from Valley Energy in the past.

– Qualifying occurrences that reward the Valley Energy referrer:

+ The individual you referred mentions your name when applying for a residential heating account, and their Valley Energy account becomes active. (reward = $50 credit added to the referrer’s account)

+ The individual you referred has a Valley Energy now has an active residential heating account, and they receive their first delivery from Valley Energy. (reward = an additional $50 credit added to the referrer’s account)

– The referrer will be notified via email the month following a qualifying occurrence taking place. This will also be reflected on your account’s statements and online portal.

– If the individual who was referred is a current Valley Energy account holder, the referrer is not eligible for the reward account credits.

– The individual who was referred must be applying for a residential propane or heating oil account. Commercial applications who were referred to Valley Energy are not eligible for the refer a friend program.

– The referred individual must mention the name that matches the name on your Valley Energy account. This can be found on mailed/email statements and within your online portal account.

– Customers who lease their tanks and are referred by a friend: the friend (referrer) is not eligible for the referral credit.
