Valley Energy provides our propane customers with the opportunity to buy their propane in bulk and save on the price per gallon. PreBuy is CLOSED for the 2026 season.
Every year, Valley Energy looks forward to offering our propane customers the opportunity to buy in bulk and save on the price per gallon. Enrollment for PreBuy occurs annually in late summer/early fall. Due to limited quantities and significant interest in this plan, we ask those interested in PreBuy to add their names and information to the list on our website or contact us directly to be notified of any updates for the next PreBuy Season.
WHEN DOES 2026 PreBuy OPEN?
Contracts for the 2026 season will be sent out to those who expressed interest in the program at the beginning of the next fall season.
PreBuy program enrollment for 2026 is now closed.

HOW WILL I KNOW PREBUY Enrollment IS OPEN?

If you have participated in PreBuy in previous years or have registered to be sent pre-buy information either through the form below or by calling the Valley Energy office, you will receive an automated friendly reminder email that informs you to look for an upcoming email containing your proposal and contract letter.
The PreBuy contract will be sent via Docusign. If you are “unsubscribed” from Valley Energy marketing/automated emails, you may not be able to receive this friendly reminder email. You must contact prebuy@valleyenergy.org to be re-subscribed to our emailing list.
WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PREBUY?
The PreBuy Program is available to current Valley Energy customers using propane for home heating.
WHAT ARE THE PREBUY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS?
There is a 600-gallon minimum purchase for customers, and an Automatic Delivery service requirement should you choose to take advantage of our program.
Other certain additional restrictions do apply with the PreBuy Program option.
