Propane Refills in Purcellville That Support The Community
At Valley Energy, we believe in more than just keeping homes warm; we believe in fueling a stronger, more connected community. That’s why our Grillz events are such a special part of what we do. Each Grillz brings together our staff, customers, and neighbors in support of incredible local nonprofits, one propane tank at a time.
Looking for an affordable propane refill in Purcellville and a way to give back to the community at the same time? You’re in the right place. At Valley Energy, we’re excited to invite you to our next Grillz event, where propane refills power more than just your grill. They help fuel local change.
This Saturday, June 7th, we’re proud to host another Grillz event at 103 Hirst Road, Purcellville, VA, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, where propane grill cylinder refills will be available for just $9.99. Even better? A portion of the proceeds will support the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy (LWC), a nonprofit doing powerful work to preserve the natural world right here in Loudoun County.
What Is Grillz?
Grillz is Valley Energy’s way of combining community, service, and savings. At every Grillz event, we offer $9.99 propane grill cylinder refills at our Purcellville Commercial Fueling Station located at 103 Hirst Road. Even better? A portion of every refill is donated directly to a local nonprofit organization working to strengthen our community.
Our next event is happening this Saturday, June 7th, and it’s one you won’t want to miss. We’ll be supporting Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, a leading nonprofit dedicated to preserving the natural spaces and wildlife of Loudoun County.
Why Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy?
Founded around a farmhouse kitchen table in 1995 by four passionate residents, LWC has grown into Loudoun County’s most comprehensive environmental organization. With a focus on education, conservation, citizen science, and advocacy, they work tirelessly to protect local wildlife and the ecosystems that support them.
Their mission is simple but powerful: To protect, preserve, and restore wildlife habitat. Their vision? A Loudoun County where people and wildlife thrive together.
Here’s how they make a difference:
- Education: Hundreds of free nature programs and school-based lessons teach the next generation to care for the world around them.
- Citizen Science: Volunteers help monitor local ecosystems, providing critical data to environmental agencies.
- Habitat Conservation: From removing invasive plants to restoring native habitats, their boots-on-the-ground work keeps Loudoun green.
- Advocacy: They empower residents to support wildlife-friendly legislation and sustainable development.
- JK Black Oak Wildlife Sanctuary: This 89-acre sanctuary protects globally rare wetlands and the species that rely on them.
