Grillz Supports Loudoun Serenity House This Saturday

This Saturday, May 24th, from 8 am until 12 pm, Valley Energy is firing up the grill for a cause! Join us at 103 Hirst Road, Purcellville, VA, for our LP Grillz event — where you can refill your propane tank for just $9.99 and support a vital local organization, Loudoun Serenity House.

Refill Your Propane Tank for a Cause

LP Grillz is Valley Energy’s way of giving back, one grill tank at a time. At each event, we invite our staff, customers, and community members to come together and support a featured nonprofit through something we all love: grilling! This Saturday, a portion of the proceeds from every propane grill cylinder refill will go directly to Loudoun Serenity House, a dedicated organization making a powerful impact in our community.

Who Is Loudoun Serenity House?

With a mission to serve those seeking recovery from addiction to get to their best life, Loudoun Serenity House has three main community service lines:

1. Recovery Community Center
2. Adult Recovery Housing
3. Community Recovery Education and Outreach

Their community-based approach to addiction recovery is simple but powerful: Surround those in early recovery with a community of support, address their basic needs of shelter, food, clothing and provide access to critical community wrap-around services to establish a firm foundation on their journey to a sustainable, long-term recovery.

Inspired by our Founder’s personal loss of her sister to the disease of addiction in 2019, Loudoun Serenity House has a growing team of trained peer recovery specialists with lived experience with addiction and recovery, who offer FREE peer coaching services and community events to anyone seeking help.

About Loudoun Serenity House

Established in 2018, Loudoun Serenity House provides affordable, high-quality recovery residential services, peer-based mentoring, education, and advocacy for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorder (SUD). With two transitional recovery houses in Leesburg, they support both men and women in early recovery, offering safe, state-certified Level 2 transitional housing.

Loudoun Serenity House’s mission is to help people in recovery reach their full potential by offering peer support services, recovery groups, educational resources, and community connections. They work with over 100 substance use and mental health partners to coordinate all-in-one assistance for those seeking early recovery programs and resources.
