Grillz: Valley Energy Supports Blue Ridge Hospice

At Valley Energy, we believe in fueling more than just homes — we fuel our community. That’s why we’re proud to host our next Grillz for a Cause event on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our commercial fueling station, located at 103 Hirst Road in Purcellville, VA.

For just $9.99, you can refill your standard propane grill tank and know that a portion of the proceeds will directly benefit Blue Ridge Hospice, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care and grief support to families throughout our region.

Supporting Blue Ridge Hospice

Blue Ridge Hospice has long been a beacon of comfort and dignity for individuals and families facing serious illness. Their mission is simple yet profound: to brighten life’s journey with quality and compassionate care. They serve our community by:

• Providing quality end-of-life care tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Helping patients remain independent and in control of their decisions.
• Managing pain and symptoms to ensure patients live as fully and comfortably as possible.
• Offering grief support to anyone in the community affected by death, dying, and loss.
• Treating every patient and family with the utmost respect and dignity.

By joining us at Grillz, you’re not just refilling your propane tank — you’re helping Blue Ridge Hospice continue their incredible mission of care, comfort, and compassion.

Can I Exchange My Grill Tank at Grillz?

Yes! Grill tanks can be exchanged for an additional cost at any Grillz date or at any time during business hours at the Valley Energy office:
117 N. Bailey Lane, Purcellville, VA 20132.

What if my grill tank is expired?

Planning to refill your tank at our next Grillz event? Check that expiration date first! Valley Energy cannot refill expired or uncertified tanks, but we’ll happily exchange them on-site for a small additional cost so you can keep grilling without delay.

A Morning of Giving Back

Come out to Grillz on August 16th and take part in a community tradition that makes a real difference. Whether you’re stocking up for weekend grilling or just want to support a worthy cause, this event is a simple and impactful way to give back.

Together, we can keep our community strong — one grill tank at a time.
