Mark Hardy is traveling to almost a dozen high schools across Loudoun County to train current drivers education students on how to drive safely around commercial trucks!
Mark creates a scenario with an 18-wheeler and several cars. He allows each student to sit in the drivers seat of the truck to observe the “No-Zone” areas cars should stay out of for the safety of everyone on the road.
He provides a brochure to each student that shows them how close their vehicles can be to a truck while still being visible to the driver.
Mark graduated from Loudoun Valley High School and enjoyed the chance to visit students at his alma mater. He is on the road for another couple weeks at more schools. If you see him make sure to thank him for serving our community with the No-Zone program!
